This year I was able to wear shorts almost every day except at night. The weather was around the 70s in the day but at night dropped down to 50s. No rain at all. I only go in Feb for my Bday. Other than that I would not go in Feb.

You could end up with spring like weather, but most likely you will need a light wrap at night. I've gone the last 12 Februarys. While the crowds have steadily increased the last few years, I think you will enjoy it.

The weather during the LAST week of Feb has always been mild and warm enough for shorts during the daylight, but a light jacket after dark.

It has never been COLD for us during that week that I can recall since 1998 when we first started going to WDW in Feb.

I think you will love it at that time of year, besides you will be with your boyfriend. I know that when I was dating my wife, (we were 14 years old) I would have loved going anywhere with her and her family and still feel that way today.

    You'll have fun.

The first 3 days it was chilly, but we wore shorts and sweatshirts - you can always tell who's from the north- ans shorts by the end of the week. We have learned not to go into a park on Sun or pres day Mon. Other than that it's not bad.

The crowds are low (my own personal log on Splash Mountain)and a good time was had by all! HOWEVER....Feb. 2008 might not be so great. I live in the New Orleans area and TONS of locals go to WDW during Mardi Gras (we leave the debauchery for the tourists!) and since Mardi Gras is in early Feb. in 2008 the crowds might be a bit large. Also, a cast member friend told me to NOT come during Mardi Gras for this same reason.

You'll see a lot of people wearing purple, green and gold on February 5th (the date for Mardi Gras in 2008), but it won't be mega crowded.

    Have a great time!!

We are going for 2 weeks January 27 - Feb 3 so fingers crossed :D
