It has never been COLD for us during that week that I can recall since 1998 when we first started going to WDW in Feb. I think you will love it at that time of year, besides you will be with your boyfriend. I know that when I was dating my wife, (we were 14 years old) I would have loved going anywhere with her and her family and still feel that way today. You'll have fun.

The first 3 days it was chilly, but we wore shorts and sweatshirts - you can always tell who's from the north- ans shorts by the end of the week. We have learned not to go into a park on Sun or pres day Mon. Other than that it's not bad.

HOWEVER....Feb. 2008 might not be so great. I live in the New Orleans area and TONS of locals go to WDW during Mardi Gras (we leave the debauchery for the tourists!) and since Mardi Gras is in early Feb. in 2008 the crowds might be a bit large. Also, a cast member friend told me to NOT come during Mardi Gras for this same reason.
