I take it that the father assumed he was guaranteed a spot in the handicapped area when he was let in and things took a nasty turn, although I doubt it became physical. The wife/mother was crying and seperated from her husband with the girls. I don't know any other details, but maybe someone else here does? I just had a gut feeling (and my gut is usually right) that while the man may have told off a CM or two, he wasn't an evildoer and his trip was just ruined.>> MAYBE??????

Why the lawsuit is just now occurring or just now making news, I don't know. Of course all this is according to the family. Disney, of course, had no comment on pending litigation other than to say both the Sheriff and the Secret Service were involved in the investigation. Doobie.
