At this point, we are thinking that it will probably go in mostly-chronological order, but if anybody has any ideas for how else to organize it, that would work too. I haven't been to a wedding since I was old enough to really know what was going on, so I'm pretty lost on all this stuff. As for music, I'm not really sure what to do. My brother has given me basically free reign on what to play, and I'm not really sure what direction to take it in. I was kind of thinking of using generic romantic-sounding music from various movie soundtracks (since they're easy to find on the internet for a quick listen), but I've been having some trouble finding pieces that don't sound sad, and don't sound like they were taken from a movie. Here's the list of what I'm considering so far, but there are some more that I wrote down that I can't remember right now: Forrest Gump Bridges of Madison County On Golden Pond Up Atonement Carnival of the Animals: The Aquarium The Notebook Casablanca Clair de Lune Fried Green Tomatoes Out of Africa If anybody has any other ideas, that would be great. It's by no means limited just to movies, so if there are any songs out there that you know of that would be fitting, that would be great. I think I'm trying to avoid songs with words, since that can add a whole new level of meaning (especially if all the lyrics don't line up with their story just right), but it might be fun to start or end with one that's a little different. Also, I'm trying to write a toast for the rehearsal dinner that involves giving them the bride and groom Mickey ears, so if anybody has clever ideas for that, I'm all ears. Thanks in advance!

Does anybody know if there is a way to legally download Promise from the end of Illuminations:ROE online? I would buy the CD, but we're leaving for the wedding in a couple days, and it would never get here (or there) in time to actually use it. I was listening to it on Youtube, and the lyrics fit a wedding setting really well, so it would be great to use (plus, the Disney connection is always nice).

It was a "destination" wedding with lots of pre wedding activities which our son missed all of as he was in his hotel room finishing the DVD. I'm mentioning this so maybe you can have a firm date as to when you receive the pictures if you don't have them already

It's also one of those desination weddings, but we're getting there early, so I don't think it will be too bad. We will be there Tuesday afternoon, and I think her family will already be there when we get there. The rehearsal isn't until Friday, so that should give us plenty of time to figure things out. We're also working on it now and doing lots of tests to make sure we know exactly how to use the software so it can go smoothly once we get there.

Here's a link to the slideshow, if anybody is interested in seeing it. Ironically (though not terribly surprisingly), Youtube has blocked the audio on it, since it's copyrighted music, so you may not actually get to hear it. For what it's worth, I ended up using the theme from Up (the track was part of "Carl Goes Up" which has the main theme played by a bunch of strings), followed by the theme from Bridges of Madison County, and finally Promise from the Millenium Celebration at Epcot. Hopefully I can get the music worked out so you guys will be able to hear it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...JKP5afKI Overall, the video was a great success, and brought lots of tears by the end (including my mom, who had seen it at least a dozen times before the dinner and cried every single time). Thanks again!
