I also like the variety of actors they've introduced. I finally had a chance to watch the season premier of Commander in Chief that I had taped a couple weeks ago. I still have last week's episode to view. I wasn't impressed with this show at all. Come on. How could you choose a woman with only 1 term in the senate (and past at that) as a vice presidential running mate merely to "get votes." I found the whole premise unbelievable. Or, maybe it was Gina Davis annoying red lip gloss. So, how many more years does WW have left. And will CIC make it?

Not so much because the President is a woman (though I find that VERY cool), but because I think it will be interesting to see how a President that is not obligated to (or supported by) either major party will be able to manage things. Of course we had experience with that in Minnesota when Jesse was governor for four years, but I like to think his experience would not by typical.

I always wonder how Hollywood can't make more than 10-15 really decent 2 hour movies every year and you got tv shows that are shot for 8 days with a miniscule budget turning out quality writing week after week like West Wing, 24, Lost, Law and Order, CSI and others. It truly boggles the mind. I haven't seen Commander In Chief since it probably won't make it to Asia until at least after the first season (we JUST got Despare Housewives a month ago and '24' season 4 has also started ), but I love anything political or law related, so I'll definitely check it out whenever I can. Eitherway, I know Geena Davis is just happy to be working again .
