    Somebody told me that there's all this symbolism that you pick up as an adult reader. I'm afraid that the list of things I want to read is far too long to go back for a reread! What I did enjoy not that long ago was some of his adult short stories, though.

    I really like the books of hers that have a sort of magical realism to them. I think my favorite would be _The River King_.
