One such idea that immediately leaps to my mind is a cooking demonstration---Alfredo and Remy showing us,step by step, how to cook ratatouille.Although the dish does get created, things do not go smoothly,as Skinner is lurking nearby, still trying to obtain concrete evidence that the son of one of France's greatest chefs is consorting with a rat.

I believe you mean Linguini, not Alfredo.

I can see a short about Remy and his brother.

Actually, his full name IS Alfredo Linguini, so I guess you could call him Alfredo if you wanted to. :)

I just searched the press kit, and the word "Alfredo" never appears. He is listed in the credits as just "Linguini".

Linguini: It's from my mother. She thought it would help... me get a job... here.

Hmm, I wonder why that isn't in the credits or anywhere in the press kit. What is his middle name, Fusilli?

Anyway, regarding the short, this discription was in the press release:

"Remy and Emile star in an all-new animated short film."

So it will be about Remy and his brother.

Yes, his first name is Alfredo. It's mentioned in a line of dialogue as well, I believe.

For all we know, Fusilli COULD be his middle name. I bet he has one.
