Granted with such a large company there are going to be a few bad apples, but I can honestly say I have never a completely negative experience with a cast member. From the hotel clerk to the bus drivers to the waitstaff to those operating the attractions they have been nothing but professional and courteous in the 12 or so trips I've taken over the years. I think I saw one CM yell at someone at that was a bus driver. These kids around 12 or 13, three of the them were running towards the bus which was going to leave from Downtown Disney to the Carribbean Beach. Well all three tried to get on three across and then they were pushing and shoving each other. The bus driver, was an African American woman who wasn't taking any crap from these kids. So she got up and told them to get off of her bus. She then told them one at a time to walk onto the bus, which they did. Anyway, another thing I think they do well is the music that can be heard throughout the parks, especially the area loops you hear, I think that is well done. Those are just two of mine.

Disney does have wonderful music everywhere. The aesthetics of new additions are almost always great. They are great at building brand loyalty in new customers. There are many cast members who will create a little magic. Despite the critiques ,there is something for everyone. They promote good community service practices. They are still one of the very best companies in the world for supporting people with disabilities.

It was honestly the worst vacation I ever had. And we were soooo excited when we arrived. The only thing that saved it was great experiences with fellow lpers.

They really need to paint the ride vehicles on Buzz at DL! In my one trip to WDW the main negatives I saw were Mickey's Fair (Toontown area, whatever it was called) was just overall lousy; Fantasyland in general was far inferior to DL version, and especially bad because it was under construction; and Space Mtn. I don't know why they don't re-do it like DL's. I think for the average, once or twice in a lifetime trip guest, WDW still provides a magical experience. I know my whole family can't wait to go back because our trip was too short and we missed some things.

It's pretty obvious when there are less shells, especially when you've seen the show before. As for the OT: World Showcase still is a great mature place to hang out. Rides with live performers (i.e. Jungle Cruise and GMR) outclass the competition. Epcot for the most part is terrific. DHS is great fun. The Citizens of Hollywood.
