You can find scrapbooks and items for them at either a scrapbooking store such as Creative Paradise, Creative Memories, or even much more inexpensively at places such as Staples or Target where I buy alot of my stuff.

Some people go all out in putting together their own scrapbook from scratch (just an empty book that you decide on what type of pages to use and how to set your pictures up on the page.

I personally prefer scrapbooks that have the page layout already in it, I just add the pictures, the description of when and what the picture is and some stickers to it. I've only done two of them and need to buy some more picture sheets to finish up my son's third year.

I stay pretty simple with mine, but some people do alot of artsy stuff with their scrapbooks.

If you're going to DL soon the World Of Disney in DTD had some cute "Capture the Magic" scrapbooking kits. They have about 10 sheets of 12x12 paper, photo frames and stickers.

I bought a red DL scrapbook that has Mickey and friends on the cover with 2006 on it. Be warned tho, it is a 3 ring scrapbook and does not hold very much.
I later bought an expandable EK Success post-bound Mickey Mouse scrapbook which holds much more.

You can put as many pictures as you want on your pages. I try to get at least 3 pictures on a page, but if you are making an elaborate page sometimes there is only room for 1 picture.
Also, I like to put a lot of "scraps" in my scrapbook. I save everything!
I even used the Mickey balloon weight on a page...too cute! I saved the black Mickey face balloon weight from my son's mouse ears balloon. On the page of him with his balloon I used a mickey ears balloon die cut, attached ribbon to the balloon and then attached the ribbon to the balloon weight. So it looked as it did when we were there.
    I know...fanatic!
