The prinicipal of La Vega Primary School sent a letter to the Blackwells that said the pre-kindergartener demonstrated "inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment."

And what, exactly, is in-school suspension?

Does that mean it was intentional, who knows? Does it mean the child knew it was sexual, who knows? It's still very over the top that an adult would react this way to the situation but one never knows in this day in age. I do believe that MOST 4 year olds are innocent of this type of action but it's not something that would shock me either if it did happen considering all the imagery and things that happen in people's home lives today. A sad state I'm afraid.
