Good food and a great view. 7)A rocking chair on Tom Sawyer's island playing my kids in checkers while we eat a snack and take a midday rest. 8) I love the peacefulness of riding on many of the boat transports and the train around WDW Well that's a start.

It is the one place where nobody wants to separate and do their own thing. Each year builds on the ones before. It is an opportunity to regain our childlike innocence and to do things for no other reason than that they make us happy. Thanks WDW.

Pretty much anywhere in World Showcase at dusk and into the evening, especially watching Illuminations. On any of the watercraft, anywhere in the resort. Overlooking the Tree of Life as the light changes from day to night.

At the main st. train station looking down main st. down to the castle, eating yummy food from the backery. Looking at teh waterfalls in Canada with my family, oh so peasful and pretty. It's like the crowds that are on the other side just don't matter. Walking around the Fort Wilderness campsite to see all the great decorations that guest have done for Halloween. Just to name a few....WDW makes me happy and I love to spend my time there. I love to see the smiles on my kids faces no matter how old they are.

Seems like most of what we enjoy the most are the quiet places we find in the world. Thrill rides are great but its after the rides when we get to spend time with each other and just be a family that become our special spots. When I try to think of my special spots I can still see my kids over the years at different ages and the special memory we made here and there throughout the world. Disney may change but those memories will always remain and WDW will always be a special place.

I can say absolutely the same about our trips to Scotland, San Francisco, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Holland. Is this the point that vacations let you feel like this or WDW. I am getting the impressions it can and is the former.

But I think a few things are also very unique to WDW, like the monorails a lot of people mentioned, so I am sure it is a combination of both, the vacation mood as well as the special sights of WDW. My favourite spots are: - sitting on the curb of Sunset or Hollywood Boulevard watching Streetmosphere - the Twinings Tea Shop at the UK pavilion and the department store at the Japan pavilion in Epcot - the AKL Jambo House pool - the seating areas of Flame Tree Barbecue all the way down at the water with a view towards Everest.

I like to sit in the "Breezeway" at Beach Club Villas. I like to have lunch at Columbia Harbour House in the little room that straddles Fantasyland and Liberty Square. I just like to be anywhere in Epcot, either FW or WS suits me fine.
