    There's a lot to love about D.C. for sure. The best museums, great parks, fantastic and diverse restaurants, cultural events galore; the list is long.

    But call me a momma's boy, I'd love to be near her in Oceanside, California. The weather is beautiful year-round, and DL is only an hour away!

    A really nasty Arctic front recently passed through the middle of the country. We had lows in the -10 range a few days ago (brrr...) here in Colorado. Most definitely way below seasonal averages! We were having highs in the high 60's just a couple of weeks ago. Fortunately the front has passed and highs should be returning to a more seasonal high 40's to low 50's.
