They also made sure that when they dropped it off-it had a full battery. I used to rent from Alan's but they send older equipment and they are not quick about fixing problems. They also have sent out EVC's with NO battery-meaning you had to wait in the room until it recharged waisting VALUABLE Disney time!

My mom wasn't able to do all the walking, so we rented an EVC from ___ - will have to look it up - but it was so great b/c they delivered to the hotel AND Mom didn't have to turn in a park wheelchair at the end of the day and walk to the parking lot. Also - if you use a park wheelchair, you have to switch it out when you park-hop -- which is just crazy, if you ask me.
