Best sources currently indicate it will be located in front of, and across the street from, the tower of the Carthay Circle Theater, in a direct line with the entrance. There's a blank spot there in the computer generated model. Either they have changed their mind, or they are reserving this as an additional surprise.

    I think they state that the animation was an old clip. I think we can assume some things have changed since the video was created depending on how old it is.
