You will find the first two weeks of April the most busy (the week before and after Easter Sunday), Disney has the park at Maximum hours, and offers all the entertainment daily (except Aladdin, which is dark two days a week year round now). But if you look at the March hours, Disney has the park staying open much later than noraml, due to the expected large crowds. Since so many different schools have different schedules it is hard to figure out which week of March will become the busiest, but they all tend to be pretty heavy the last few years.

If so - that will occur at (primarily) a two-week time span - Public K thru 12 schools will either be out starting March 30 or April 2 - then back in session April 9. Some schools will be out from April 9 - April 13. Private schools are usually out somewhere during that span. Colleges are all over the map - and as Darkbeer pointed out - this can be a 6 (or even) 8 week period of time starting in early-mid March extending up to the middle of April.
