My nephew was picked to go up on stage and help them act the show out. Afterwards, they let the kids line up and take pictures with Aladdin and Jasmine. This would probably be your best bet at getting a picture with her as it's by chance if you'd see her around the park. I think the shows last for 20 minutes and run every hour. There is usually someone standing out front that will tell you when the next show is.

It runs from 10-6 everyday and you can ask a CM about which princesses will be there at which time during the day. We went the first day and they had Belle, Cinderella and Jasmine.
