There are such great elements: two virtuous leading characters, their sympathetic mother, the friendly bear who is initially a somewhat comic figure but who turns out to be an enchanted prince, and a fine villain in the nasty, ill-tempered dwarf. That one character is named "Snow White" is a minor issue (since there is a rather famous Disney princess of that name already). I think that the film makers would be able to work a great deal with the two leading characters, and use the differences in their characters to great effect. I also like the fact that they are active participants in driving the story forward. The bear is a fine character, and the big reveal after he has defeated the dwarf would provide a fine dramatic finale for the film. The dwarf could be one of Disney's great villains. He apparently possesses no magic, and would seem to be unable to fend for himself. But his interaction with Snow White and Rose Red could be played for both comic villainy and chilling effect. The revelation that it was he who enchanted the prince would play well into the climax of the film.
