Also there is the Matterhorn and Alice in Wonderland. And I love California Screaming.

Finding Nemo –I have heard it’s the same show with different vehicles. I think that the submarines should not be skipped.
Space Mountain – definitely better at DL than WDW
Astro Orbitor and Autopia we didn’t go on at WDW so I can’t compare.
Captain EO is identical in both parks.
Monorail – different views but I believe you have to get out at Downtown Disney and reboard.
Disneyland Railroad – vastly superior for the Grand Canyon and dinosaurs.
Innoventions - I have stopped visiting so no comment.
Star Tours – obviously visit if it is open, but it will be identical in WDW.
Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride is unique at DL and enjoyable.
The Sleeping Beauty Castle walkthrough is also unique and interesting.
It’s A Small World is different and should be seen.
BTMR is different and should be done because it’s a great ride at both places.
Fantasmic! at DL is superior but seating is not.
Tarzan’s treehouse is not for me, but if you like Tarzan and plastic…
The Jungle Cruise is different (inferior?) and still worth a trip.
Indy is a must! WDW doesn’t have Indy (although they have Dinosaur).
The original Tiki Room is vastly superior to New Management.
DL’s POTC is also so very much better than WDW’s POTC. This is a MUST!
Haunted Mansion is somewhat different and should be seen.
WDW’s Splash Mountain is superior but I think DL’s Splash is very good too.
WTP at WDW is also better, but there is usually a very tiny line at DL so you can ride quickly.
WDW does not have the canoes.
Haven’t been to Toontown in years. I do like Roger Rabbit’s Cartoon Spin though. When I was little I liked Gadget’s Go Coaster.
DCA: It’s Tough to Be a Bug, Animation Academy, Turtle Talk with Crush, Soarin’, TSMM, and Muppet Vision are all identical at WDW.
Tower or Terror is different and many people think inferior at DL. I don’t ride it anywhere so I can’t say.
Grizzly River Run (think Kali River Rapids) and Screamin’ (DL’s RnRC) are both unique and lots of fun. There’s also the Monster’s Inc Ride and the Aladdin show to see.

At DL, see: Buzz, Nemo for the subs, Space Mountain, Disneyland RR, Star Tours, Mr. Toad, Castle walkthrough, IASW, BTMR, Fantasmic!, Jungle Cruise, Indy, original Tiki Room, POTC, Haunted Mansion, Splash, WTP, Roger Rabbit, and the canoes. Space, the RR, Mr Toad, IASW, Indy, POTC, and F! I think being the most important. In DCA: TSMM and ToT, GRR, Screamin, Monsters’ Inc, and Aladdin are musts.

Also in addition to WDWDreamin's list, attractions Disneyland has that WDW does not include Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio, Casey Jr and Storybookland Canal Boats. Also, do not miss Billy Hill and the Hill Billy's in the Golden Horseshoe.

DL - Train, Gt Moments with Mr Lincoln, Fireworks, the new Music Parade, Jungle Cruise (the river is not as good as WDW's, but the skippers are FAR superior in my experience, Indy, Tiki room, PotC (WDW's is a joke), Tom Sawyer Island, Sailing Ship Columbia, Billy Hill, Fantasmic, Pinocchio, Mr Toad, Alice in Wonderland, Storybookland Canal boats, Roger Rabbit Cartoon Spin, It's a Small World, Matterhorn (both sides - if you only go one side, go left), Subs, Star Tours (it will be the new version), Buzz if you like the WDW one (the DLP one is better), Space Mountain.

    DCA:
Aladdin Musical, Monsters Inc, Francis Ladybug Boogie, Grizzly River Run (also explore Redwood Creek Challenge Trail), the factory tours, Little Mermaid, Screamin' and Wonderful World of Color.

Also, Soarin' has a much shorter queue here, even though it is pretty much the same as Florida, having a shorter queue is great.

Not true. If you get on in DL, you can ride round trip. If you get on at DTD, you can not ride round trip - you must get off in DL. (In other words, the entire train always discharges completely in DL.)

The only time you normally must get off at DTD is late at night when the park is about to close.

Really? This wasn't when the monorail was only running on half its track like a shuttle, was it? Or early morning? Otherwise, isn't official policy that you can ride round trip, unless they announce differently? Anyone?
