Big Thunder is real similar but has a different queue and a scene or two that is different. Other than that everything else has enough differences that make each item interesting.

The other attractions everybody has mentioned all have small differences, even if they are the same attractions on both coasts. I guess Dumbo would be very similar though, but really, you can't get too technical about any of the spinner rides. There are actually more differences than similarity these days, if you ask me.
