Try eating at Catal; that's where I go for lunch at Disneyland now. It's dramatically better than the slop and sullen service you get from most Disneyland restaurants.

Why can't they be quick like Chipotle or QDoba?

It satisfies the craving for Mexican food (can't go too long without!) and I love the atmosphere - especially the Big Thunder Mountain side. It's just fun.
