I know the convention resorts do and I think the others do (its not run by Disney- its ran by an outside company) and costs 9.95 for 24 hours

Wondering how long it'll take before some apologist pops in to claim that Disney probably made this decision based on guest preference about "annoying" WiFi in hotel lobbies or something. :p

Like just about everything else, DLR and WDW are managed independently, so they often have very different policies and pricing with respect to things like this.

I have to watch the TV to get the next day weather forcast on the weather channel, and I call my lovely Mother in Law every day. I think a person should call their mother at least once a day.

I think the belief is you can nickel and dime your guests if they're staying at the LAX Hilton, Four Seasons Beverly Hills, Ritz Carlton Atlanta or Marriott Orlando World Center (all places I have stayed and been charged for said services) as they have money and/or bigtime expense accounts.

You can't do that at the LBV Hampton Inn because the guests have ample other choices in that price range.

Maybe I can seek up to the Best Western when the wife's in Downtown Disney.
