You might be getting confused with the Year of Million Dreams commercial where they said one of the prizes are "SPECIAL" fastpasses for selected rides. But not the regular fastpasses. This ride has such a low capacity issue ... Fastpasses would send the "stand-by" line well beyond the 2-3 hour posted wait time it will most likely have.
