They have had Disney costumes available, though, for their existing cast of bears and other animals. Quick story: My favorite movie is Mulan. My girlfriend took me to Build a Bear to get me a gift. I was astonished to see they had Mulan's matchmaker dress. I chose a white cat as a substitute when I can't be with my gf (one nickname for her is Kitten), chose the Mulan dress and named my cat, quite logically, Little Sister.

And other ball parks have these Workshops as well, to create mascots such as the Phillies' infamous Phanatic. Seems like offering Pooh for the Disney-based Build-A-Bear Workshops is a no-brainer.
