wishes or illuminations?

    The musical score is wonderful & I must admit the first time I experienced it I got chills & even teared a little(of course I'm kind of a sap for that stuff).

    I find Illuminations more of an inspirational experience. Since you know these folks pick the one that you feel fit their personality best.

    For a first WDW visit, without a doubt, Wishes. From beside The Partner Statue. It is a statue of Walt and Mickey in front of Cinderella's Castle.

    Illuminations is awesome, but everyone who goes to WDW needs the memory of the classic Disney experience of fireworks over the castle. Its a great show and quintessential Disney.

    Oh, well I didn't know your a dl Alum. Remember is better than wishes anyway. I switch my vote to Illuminations since you have plenty of Castle/Fireworks memories.

    I find Illuminations far more grandiose and unique than Wishes.

    Becuase it's gotten old. I used to watch Illuminations several times a trip. Now I watch it only once, and sometimes I skip it. It needs an update.

    I say we leave it alone. I'd be afraid that Disney would mess it up if they changed it.
