I think the color voting is probably more feel good than anything else because we watched three shows in a row and saw all three colors. The intro felt more whimsical than SF's, but I think it also helped serve as a bit of a tribute the River City's gold rush history. DH also found out some interesting trivia from talking to a crew member who was also involved with the scouting expedition for a good location. If you are in the greater Sacramento area, I think you can still catch live shows tonight and tomorrow evening. Just walk up and find yourself a spot!

Seems like a great place for it.<< Before I finally was able to dig up an exact location one of DH's guesses had been that it would probably be somewhere in Old Sacramento. It was indeed a great setting for it!
