Mr. Glitter answered and sounded uber relieved to cancel also. Saturday night around 11:30pm, my mom had called me to say she didn't know if we were going to have to change our flight. My grandma who's been ill for about 3 weeks now was rushed from the nursing home (she was recouping there from a bladder infection and dehydration) to the ER. I didn't get much sleep worrying about her. She's 85 and recently diagnosed with Parkinson disease and dementia. She's been very loopy lately and frail. So I called my mom to see what was up. They had stabalized her, so we decided to stay. Everyone in my room got up very slowly. They all packed their cars and I checked my luggage downstairs. The Glitter family minus their mama were in the parks by the time we strolled down. Litter met up with us and we headed into the parks. It was definitely warmer Sunday than any of the other days. We got into DL and headed straight for Haunted Mansion. It was crowded. Very crowded so we just ducked into Pirates. I'm drawing a blank on what we did next. I just know that we met my mom and aunt at the Plaza for lunch. While standing in line we caught up with Ursula nad ilvdland looking fantastic in their CHOC walk tee's and their Princess crowns. LOL! We had to say goodbye to Pixie Glitter at the Plaza. ;< Always tought to tell our far away friends goodbye. We are all getting better about it. I guess seeing eachother about every 60 to 75 days helps. LMAO! The rest of us talked, walked down Main Street admiring the Halloween decorations. I needed to shop for an Austrialian friend so we all went into the Emporium, then the Disney Showcase. I was only able to find a few things. So we decided that was enough of DL. Main Street was packed. We named a meeting spot and all disappeared doing our own thing inside World of Disney. I had no luck shopping. I guess Halloween has been a huge merchandising success as pretty much everything was wiped out. They still had lots of costumes but trinkets, bowls, votives and such were all non-existant. From there, IceKnyght and the girls went into DCA to see Golden Screams and ToT. My mom, aunt and I went and relaxed at the Hearthstone. We watched the 49'er kill the Raiders and relaxed. IceKnyght, DisneyChica and JustDuckee came in to say goodbye to us once again. We did the kiss kiss hug hug thing and they departed. We slowly headed for Mickey's parking lot, got my aunt's rental car and headed for the airport. We caught the 6pm flight home, landed in Oakland around 7pm, was home around 8:30pm. Great trip. Mixing work and fun was kind of tough but I'm not complaining!!! Hurry up December so we can do it all over again. ;>

It sounds like great fun at the parks, although the works bits seemed fun, too. It sounds like you really enjoy yur work, and that is the best of both worlds.
