Wristbands required at Deluxe Pools/Beach Areas

I witnessed people showing up with big coolers and their 2dogs being turned away! I am guessing they will be doing this for all the busy popular periods now. But bringing the entire neighborhood and pets was pretty extreme!

    I'd like to be able to have access to the Deluxe pools (especially when staying at a WDW resort). But really the guests at these resorts pay a premium to stay there and it's not cool to not get a chair by the pool because people who paid for PC or an All Star are already in them. Or worse a local who's dog is pooping in 7 Seas Lagoon.
    It would be nice to tour the pool areas and beaches without being carded, if only to dream about being able to stay there some day.
