Pretty much agree from beginning to end. I implore you to read the entire article, but this excerpt led me to think of something in the best way to keep Tomorrowland fresh: >>Keep what works, then PLUS it. Wouldn’t Walt have wanted to do both? That's what the company ALWAYS did in those times. They never threw away the past, only added to it. They brought along the best and built forward from it. What is the new experience or two? Well, that's the fun part to dream up for today’s Imagineers - - But it should be flashy and memorable, exceed expectations, thrill us - - and grow out of the consistent theme, taking us to an experiential and design plane we haven't yet visited - - or provide a visceral experience that is lacking in other attractions and areas at the park. And it should be artistically beautiful and modern. And all within the parameters of established theme. Disneyland should always be a complementary platter of Past, Future, Fact and Fantasy, Nostalgia and Challenge in all its angles, a unified timeline with a running theme. The recipe for the future is on the dedication plaque. Go back? Go forward? Do both.< With rumors of Stitch eventually heading to the Tiki Room and Sulley heading to MGM, there will be two large holes at the front of Tomorrowland. I hope one-day WDI will have the collective brain power to dream up something more sophisticated than a Jerry Lewis gag and install something special in the MK's TL.

Really it is very small with few attractions. But, I have to add that I like what is there. Buzz, space mountain and the laugh floor are must sees for my family. Didn't care much for the stitch ride. We didn't even ride it last year. we also like the astro orbiter because the view is great. The problem I see at WDW is where would you expand TL? Isn't it sort of landlocked? That's why I wonder: Could you go up?

There is still some land available in TL outside of the WDW Railroad tracks adjecent to Space Mountain. I just don't want to see The Indy Speed Way chipped away. As far as vacant spaces go you still have the unused area above the bathrooms aside the Space Mountain enterance Quonset Hut ( formly space used for the Skyway ). In my opinion the grandstand area is a complete waste of dedicated space. I know the bandstand gets used but its infrequent. TL is typically a very busy part of WDW part. Its a shame its not more utilitzed with additional rides and attractions. Oh, and if you go to TL now you can't help but notice the Bay Towers DVC looming over TL. Looking up at the Contemporary Hotel justed added to the TL experience. Looking at that huge monstrocity of the Baylake Towers DVC in my opinion makes me feel like I'm in playground next to Co-op City.

That could be a good place to expand. I don't think disney will go outside the railroad. Also if they build up they could obscure the view of the looming dvc tower.

They as well as most everyone else experiencing CoP ( our room was a good half full ) seemed pleased. I think most people enjoyed it. Its a great show and althought maybe not extremely popular there didn't seem to be any vocal objection to this attraction that my party experienced on Stitch. This attraction in my opinion truely is perfect for TL.

I still lament that I didn't get to ride Mr. Toad. or 20,000, so I never want good old attractions to close. But, just like every Disney lover I want more. I know it's not realistic but we all get to dream.

Learning all the small, and new things to do really make each trip more enjoyable. I try to pick something new to try or to find every trip. For the longest I was obsessed with taking pictures of fountains at all the parks, and resorts at WDW. Another year it was all the different trash cans. All of that may sound weird to some people, but I kind of found it fun to do. However you enjoy WDW is entirely up to you.

That fountain is actually working again. It seems to be not working for six months at a time, followed by working for 2-3 months and then repeat. The fountains that have become planters are all over the place, most notably in Adventureland. <<I had heard that all of the WM people knew you by name in Orlando! >> You'd be surprised.
