But Disney isn't about class, it's about entertainment. If you want a classy experience, I suggest you go to a museum... just don't go into the gift shop.

We actually looked around to see if a new shop could be inserted, in view of all of the changes they made. And yes, there is room for a gift shop (albeit a small one) if you rearrange the exit from the boat ride. This area is on the walkway from Soarin's exit, and would still leave enough room for the wheelchair entrance to the boats.
