The Zed site is recomending this website HIS Japan Travel for buying tickets in English. Has anyone used this site before? Or can you recomend a better idea?

As you say, now that there's an English option available via the web, I think the box office is not wanting to do it manually via email. I can see why - since they don't have a way to enforce payment, if you no-show, they just have to eat the tickets unless they can sell them at the last minute (and then risk you showing up late). With the way that tickets have been selling, I wouldn't be too worried about sellouts. Maybe the thing to do is to buy them as soon as possible upon arrival in Japan. Especially if you don't care what price level you get, I doubt you'd have a problem getting your preferred performance. Keep in mind that at least some convenience store chains (including Family Mart I think) can sell you Zed tickets at any location in the country. So just find the nearest Family Mart when you get in country and take care of it then.

The show schedule list Zed as having an Afternoon showing only during my visit. Which is a bit inconvenient for a Park Guest who will still be playing the FastPass game at this time. Also the HIS site has a complicated refund system in place where if by chance the show is canceled. You have to write off to get your refund and it may up to 8 weeks to get your money back.
