It worked out; I had to describe the luggage at check in at the airport. Anyone else have problems not receiving the luggage tags, etc.? I wonder if it's because we're in Canada. There was plenty of time for delivery both times. I'm hoping we get it this time for trip at the end of November!

If you get turned around just ask for the Disney bus area -- most of the employees seemed to know where it was and many of the passengers were headed there as well.
