My son 15 and I went to Whispering Canyon for Breakfast at the WL. That was nice and a first for me to have a table service breakfast without traveling to a park or another resort. My daughter and grandson wanted to sleep in.
Our server at Whispering Canyon was great! her name was Hickory and she was really in character! She did the whole ketchup thing with the people sitting at the next table. The guy at the next table offered me some ketchup and I took it so I wouldn't be embarresed. Our server came over and said, "How did you get that?" The guy told her he gave it to me.
    Good food too.
    We went to AK.
Had fast passes for Kilamanjaro safari, EE and Kali river rapids.
It was so hot! We had our spray bottle fans with us. We did have 2 stolen out of our stroller when we parked it though. Lame.
We went back to WL and enjoyed the pool. My grandson loved the slide!
We had dinner at Roaring Forks. The food there was really good. I had a turkey sandwich and my daughter had the wilderness salad. My grandson had applesauce for one of his side dishes and he started singing, "Oh yeah the applesauce, oh yeah the applesauce." Then the kid at the next table starting singing it too! It was funny.
Really fun day but we were feeling the disney world wipe out.

    Tuesday June 10

    Our last day for DW.
We had breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table. I told my grandson we were going there and he said, "I'm not going in there." Once he saw Ariel walking around though he had a huge smile on his face. He likes Ariel. ( takes after his nana)
We saw Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and Jasmine. My 15 year old was looking at his cell phone and Snow White said "what's that?" I just love going here. Food was excellent!
We had fast passes for Anna and Elsa. We only had a 15 min wait. without our fast passes it would have been 3 hours! Some lady that saw the 3 hour sign said, "Who does that! Who waits 3 hours!" Her friend replied, "People with little girls."
I love the new magic bands! everything went smooth.
We had fast passes for 7 dwarf mine ride so we went on that again. So Cute.
Then we went to go get pic's with Ariel in her tail. First we had to wait 20 in line in the sweat cave, (it was hotter in there then it was outside.) The lady in front of us asked to borrow our spray fan because her daughter was really hot. We gave it to her and the little girl felt better.
My daughter had her hair down this day and it is really long and blonde. The cast members were calling her Rapunzel.
When Ariel saw my daughter she said, "Oh You must use your dingle hopper every day!" I love it when they are so in character.
We were in line for the Jungle cruise and the ride closed due to lightning. We waited at the park for a little while but the weather wasn't changing so we went back to WL.
Had dinner at Roaring Forks again.
We went to the arcade for a little while then took a cab to the Residence inn at Sea World.
We got a nice room there a 1 bedroom suite. It was big and had a little kitchen.
The workers there were nothing like disney cast members! They were nice but as we stuggled with the rickity luggage cart, they just watched us go by. ( we were laughing though, it was funny trying to move that thing with all our stuff!)
Our room was quiet and clean though.
