My brother and his wife used it, and they forgot to pick them up from their hotel on the day they were leaving to catch a flight. It came later, and they ALMOST missed the flight. My suggestion would be to call the day before you plan on departing and verify they have you on the pick up list the next day for the right location and time. Other than that, like I said, I never had a problem, and we've used them probably 3 times now.

Might as well give it a shot, way cheaper than a cab, and if we have to visit the other resorts first, no biggie. Still seeing Disney in the windows, right? We stayed at Portofino a few times ago and the rooms were nice, but the walk was a bit long for my parents who were with us at the time.
