It's common for one factory to make several of the lesser known brands (and even some of the famous ones.) I would look for a good warranty, which is why if you are a Costco member, I would recommend you buy it there. They have an unlimited satisfaction gaurantee.

I was thinking with Sears they are pretty good at taking things back, I would splurge for the extended warranty. This memorex is a 8.5in screen, has two headphones, case, power adaptors, and game controller. I'm pretty confused about these things, I'm electronically challenged! Anyway, it's $50 off and 10%discount using my card which with warranty makes it around $200 with shipping. I suppose I could return it if it isn't what I hope it is. Just wondered if anyone has one and how they liked it.
