We always take the Super Shuttle and I think that it is either $10 or $12 per person. That is one way. We have never had any problems with them and they usually only stop at 1 or 2 places not like the bus that usually stops at almost all of the hotels. But the bus is usually a few dollars less.

It opens later and closes sooner than DL, but there are very few things of interest there anyway... at DCA I would try very hard to see Aladdin, and ride Soarin' Over California. The new Monsters ride is getting a lot of good reviews. The Animation building is also worthwhile.
