Fall has started and, besides Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, a little festival kicked off in Epcot last week that some of you may have heard of: the International Food & Wine Festival.
Today we showcase the Italy Pavilion and their Food & Wine offerings, all brought to us by the amazingly talented food craftsmen and women from Via Napoli. We start with long standing Donkey Cart and home of some of the best options for cooling off on a hot day including wines, spirits, and gelato. If you are just looking for a drink to continue going around the world or if you want to get something for that mid day break you will not find a better spot.
Heading deeper into the pavilion we find the WORLD FAMOUS Pizza Window, for the Food & Wine Festival they have some special and unique offerings.
The seasonal pizza window is a favorite stop of mine because, while it is just grab and go, it is the same amazing pizza and dishes they offer inside the restaurant. This year the two new options: the Pizza Bianca and Polpette E Mozzarella Parmigina. Bith offer so much flavor, they are must haves!
Now, it wouldn't be Food & Wine without the Italy Marketplace along the World Showcase Lagoon, and this year's options are perfecto!
Having options for the seafood lover, the meat lover, or the sweets lover you can't go wrong here.
If you have made it all the way through this article and are still not hungry, well the Epcot Festival of the Arts is just a few months away. But, for those of you ready to sample some of this amazing food, the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival runs till November 13th this year so you have plenty of time!
