    I always tip 20-30% and sometimes more... especially at restaurants we go to frequently. I like walking into a place and having our usual drinks set in front of us within a couple of minutes. I like servers we've had before stopping by our table to chat a bit even when they AREN'T the server we have that evening.

    Take away the incentive for excellent service and have your dining experience totally controlled by someone in the kitchen who never even sees you? No thanks.
