I wanted mud pie but decided that it would be very wrong to not order cheesecake on my first ever meal at the Cheesecake Factory. I ordered the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. Absolutely the best piece of cheesecake I have ever had. I'm not a huge cheesecake fan, but I liked how light it tasted and it didn't have a really sour cream cheese flavor. There was just one little table to the left of us at the restaurant. We were still waiting for a couple of LP'ers to join us so I propped goodgirl's LP sign up at the end of our table. At one point, the man sitting next to me asked me what LP stood for. So we explained everything and he thought it was really cool that we were friends from the internet and had traveled to the meet. He was also very surprised that some of us were staying at an LPer's home. (I guess that would seem really shocking to an outsider. LOL) After that couple left another couple took their place and after awhile the woman noticed the presents and asked if we were having a birthday party. So, we again explained that we were friends through a fan website. She then said that she thought we looked like so much fun that she wanted to join. So I asked her if she loved Disney she was welcome to join. Turns out she LOVES Disneyland. LOVES it at least as much as we do, if not more. She said that she actually crawled up on the Toon Town train depot just to get a picture even as security was yelling at her to get down! Wow. So, we might be getting a couple of new LP members. LOL Ooh, I have to mention the neat colored pencils that chickie d gave me. They are teeny pencils that come in cd case. They are adorable! There is NO way in heck I am letting my daughter see them because that will be the last time *I* ever see them! (Thanks again, chickendumpling! It was so great to meet you!) Anyway, we had such a fabulous time staying with goodgirl and Lisann for Friday and Saturday. I haven't laughed that hard for a long time! What a wonderful weekend to have, especially during the holidays. :-D
