The Bush Administration already talked once about canceling elections due to the threat of terrorism. It certainly wouldn't surprise me if he found some reason to do it in 2008. I think we've seen that Bush has no qualms when it comes to grabbing power.

I hope it's ludicrous, but you never know. I voted for Bush in 2004, but I've been pretty shocked over how broadly he is defining presidential power.

Slick grabbing interns threatened nothing but his marriage. I think Bush grabbing power is a little more dangerous.

I never knew it took certain credentials to criticize the government. I thought, and correct me if I am wrong, that I had the freedom to critique a president whos' agenda, foreign policy, and executive decisions do not necessarily seem intelligent to me.

Would anyone be interested in my resume?

This is laughable when you consider the hate VietNam vets have for Kerry because he ran from combat, came home to trash his fellow soldiers who were still fighting in Vietnam. Remeber him lying about Christmans in Cambodia or the fake medals he threw over the White House fence?

So Bush only served in the National Guard. I guess acording to you that's for losers. But trashing your fellow soldiers and helping the enemy win the war like Kerry did is heroic and so awesome nobody can carry his jock.

Well, if you really felt that way, you should have voted for Kerry not Bush in
    2004.

I read your posts, and, although I don't agree with everything, I don't feel that neurological chalk board scratching feeling in my id as with so many other posts.:) I'm only quickly posting this indigenously because now maybe someone here will find me "discernible"?
