It certainly wouldn't surprise me if he found some reason to do it in 2008. I think we've seen that Bush has no qualms when it comes to grabbing power.

I voted for Bush in 2004, but I've been pretty shocked over how broadly he is defining presidential power. Slick grabbing interns threatened nothing but his marriage. I think Bush grabbing power is a little more dangerous.
