Oh, as far at the title of this topic, If I recall, correctly, *and i do* The Snackies Award were renamed last year, 2005 in honor of DL's 50th, and last year's winner, the Dole Whip. These Awards, since then have been correctly referred to as the "Golden Dole Whippies!" Although for some unknown reason, the award in the shape of a Golden Churro.

(Some people mistakenly think the Award is a Golden Container with Popcorn. . . . BUT of course everyone else KNOWS that's that MTV Movie award)

There are three things that show
    you're getting old, seeing, hearing,
and thinking that popcorn ever won a Snackie Award.

It is beneath you, Dug, to accuse someone of doing something they've not done (even if you ARE a Republican ;-). Where did iluv call Oiumet any names?

    Yes, it is.

    >>Where did iluv call Oiumet any names?<<
I said, precisely (and as you quoted), that calling the present executives names does not bring anything meaningful to the table. That was in direct response to his statement:

    >>...he spent a whopping five minutes in our complex and was overheard saying to Greg Emmer (another idiot)...<<

The antecedent for "he" was Matt Ouimet, and Emmer is the executive to which I refer. I have no problem if anyone here (or in World Events) wants to disagree. I do object to name calling.

It is merely my opinion that if we, the underpaid Cast Members of the Disneyland Resort are going to be held to using the SERVICE model and the Four Keys whether with Guests or Cast Members, our management and executives should be held to the same.

But on the Cast side... his administration is trying to turn back the clock to a time long gone. You cannot just hold your employees to an incredibly high expectation that you held them to years ago when most of them were 10 years+ of service and getting paid more (when adjusted for inflation).

For the Good Lord's sake, we make less at three or four years that In N' Out starts at!
