They also give them to you for free, which is unheard of these days. Add in the 2 checked bags for free, and they are head and heels above the rest in terms of customer service. Sure, they aren't fancy, but what they do have does seem to be a heck of a lot better than the same things other places. My only real complaint with them is that soemtimes they don't fly where I want to go, which is a pretty good complaint to have IMO.
