Why would you think that? We were in the park 15min after opening for the 50th. The lines were long big time but they moved.

^^The last few times I've attempted to get on it after the fireworks, they have set up a queue for it over by the Mad Hatter shop. The CMs escort the line of guests to the attraction entrance, and then let everybody else waiting into Fantasyland to do as they wish. Especially when you consider the wait for them to check the area for fire damage, it usually ends up being a ~20 minute wait, but that's still a heck of a lot better than it is most of the day

If the line is that bad, it wouldn't surprise me if they end up cutting off the line before closing time. Especially if the party goes until 5:59 A.M. And the park has to re-open 3 hours later. Also, the low capacity of that ride, coupled with the popularity is one of the reasons why FastPass is never going to work with the Disneyland California version of "Pan".
