I ended up buying the rest. (They would sell the monthly "surplus" at the Disneyana Shop.) I even learned the trick to win the car. They gave away one car each day, and it was completely random. But... Mickey was always right there to congratulate the winner! The way I heard it, they would send Mickey out to the hub, and the next person that walked up with a winning ticket in hand would get the car. (A bit of knowledge that never did me any good!)
