Wells Fargo sent out a book on how their system was different with instructions on how to use their new system when they bought Wachovia . I looked at the book and laughed that they expected me to read it so I could do business with them. I tossed it in the trash and opened an account at a different bank whose operating system didn't require a book to use. So I am sure I'll find some way around having to plan my vacation down to the minutest detail.
