If the bold single colors were applied all over tomorrowland it might work better than just at Rockettower plaza. When it comes to ideas for futuristic attractions, Disney did hire outside consultants, such as the sci-fi legend Ray Bradbury, who helped design the script for Spaceship Earth. I think Disney might need outside influences again to refresh there vision of the future or even just science related attractions. Names that come to mind for me include the sci-fi author Cory Doctorow or the more influential Neil Degrasse Tyson.
