    A lot of my MO relatives are avid hunters, and they would disagree.

    Remember when Cheney shot his friend in the face? They weren't out in the woods shooting wild birds, they were at a place that catches the birds beforehand, and releases a bunch together which the mighty sportsmen then shoot at. It's slightly more difficult and slightly more fair than just shooting them while they're caught (or shooting the proverbial fish in a barrel).

    According to my relatives, "real" hunters consider this cheating.

    Agreed. But don't you think it was more trying to cover the vast areas of Alaska than to enable a cheap shot? I've never hunted so I don't really know (heck, I don't even fish any more because I got to where I couldn't stand seeing the fish gasp and flop around while I gutted them).

    But if I was gonna go huntin' wolves I don't think I'd do if from a 1,000 feet up in a machine that makes so danged much noise every wolf within 5 miles knows you are coming!!
