There was a periord of time you were not a active poster but sometimes life can get in the way. The fact that you appologized is good enough for me and i really hope you continue to post here.

Breathing exercises - I think one of the things smoking did for me was the relaxation I felt from the deep inhaling and exhaling. If I had substitutes some structured breathing exercises it would have made a huge difference I think.

And have a list of activities you can turn to that will keep your hands busy and would be smoking incompatible - brushing the dog, exercising, etc. If you have the alternatives planned already it will help.

I didn't so I stuck food in my mouth every time I would have otherwise had a cigarette, and with a 3 pack a day habit, that's a lot of extra food I'm carrying around now. Good luck.

I've had a couple that helped immensely. then there was the one that I only saw ONCE because according to her, most of my issues were because of how patriarchal the Catholic Church is. (Loon!)

Anyhow, I do hope you're able to stop smoking again and make it stick! It's an awesome feeling to be able to say I've been a nonsmoker for over 3 years now, and I hope you're able to say that sometime in 2015. :)
