    Over the years I have heard a lot of great ideas for World Showcase: Denmark, Costa Rica, Russia, Israel... the list is really impressive.

    So why haven't they been built? I think it all comes down to sponsorship; Disney will rarely put up the money itself. So for years now I have been walking the streets of Athens, trying to find someone with enough cash to sponsor A Greek pavilion. No luck so far.

    And for anyone else with a great idea, I suspect this is the only solution.

    BTW, where is Richard Branson spending his money these days?

    Nah. I've learned in life that the rules apply differently to me ... guess I'm a special spirit.

    Yep it is. Although I'm kind of glad WED never built the Iran pavilion it designed in the mid-70s.
