Took me awhile to get to a meet due to my shyness but once i did it was wonderful! i met so many wonderful people from lulu, to dlandug, haunts999 among many many others and they welcomed me no question asked. And Lp was a place to voice comments, concerns and opinions without feeling attacked. I for one feel this has changed unfortantley. There have been many posts were people seem to get attack because they have the "wrong" opinion and it has oftened more now than ever before hence why there are no these, "cliques." I know it was semi difficult for me this summer to see everyone because they are in two sperate groups and i hate choosing sides and i won't. I let bygones be bygones and I spent time with both groups because i consider both dear friends of mine. I just hope that LP becomes a place for acceptance again without fear of being attacked for someones elses opinions.

I know there's been a lot of tension around here lately, I say we clean the slate,raise the white flag and start over again , Life is so very short, come on people let's get back to the fun times !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't own a camera ...........until yesterday, I just got my first digital camera !!!!!!!!! And as soon as I figure out how to use it I will have pictures to post, Someone took a couple picture for lp live at the meets with my phone but for some reason they never made it !!!!!!!!!!!!

We talk amongst ourselves with the ones we truely trust. If it's cliqish, so be it. but thats just a fact of life. Not everyone tells everyone everything. We have our close friends who we trust and confide in and our aquaintences with wich we just don't, but are still kind and friendly to. Once again, thats just life and we are merely human. If you have been aorund long enough you aquire inside jokes. It's inevitable. But people love to share thier inside jokes if asked for the most part anyways. Like Tiggirls ever famous "Tocks". If you weren't aorund when it happend, maybe you feel left out or feel like it's an insdie joke. But your really not left out. There are tons of jokes that go around and become what seem like inside jokes when they are really not. More silliness or jokes are being made as we speak. A group of people that meet and hang out can't help but have these silly things come up. It's not anyone trying to be mean, it's just somthing that happends. Like C33 and Bacon. Theres soooo many many little silly things that have happend over the years and I think once you start going to the meets and actually meeting people face to face and interacting with them, you cant help but have funny things to look back and talk and laugh about that other "newbies" don't understand or feel left out of. When I say newbie ( I dont mean in derogatory)I'm just meaning either someone new to the board or someone who hasn't gone to any LP meets befor. It can be very overwhelming at first. I know this first hand as I huddled with my children at a table in a corner for my first LP Meet. I was sooo crazy shy and nervous! ( I know, ME, shy and nervous!? But I was petrified! LOL. I think you deffinately have to have a thick skin sometimes and not take everything to heart. We are never ALL going to get along because thats just unreal. We can however try to show respect for one another but even that is somtimes hard to do when dealing with someone who is just down right nasty. It's all a delicate balance and sometimes a very difficult balance at that. But if you keep your chin( or in my case chins) up and really try no to let the bad seeds get to you, you will often find that those bad seeds have a way of weeding themselves right out. I realize I'm rambling so I'm goingto stop now. Sorry for my rant, it's just MOHO is all. I love LP through the good, the bad and the ugly.
