    I don't think I've been to a McD's in the UK.

But in Holland, France, Belgium and Italy, the quality was universally much, much higher than what you get in the USA.

Incidentally, the only two McD's experiences in the USA that compare to any in Europe (taste and quality wise) in the past decade were both in tiny towns ... one in Mississippi and one in Vermont.

In any major urban or suburban area, fuhgettaboutit.

Grrrreeeeaaaat report Spirit :). I been to DLP twice before, but last time was 2001, so I'm REALLY itching to go again. It's funny, I forgot HOW magical it truly is. I spend so much time at TDR, I convince myself nothing is better than those parks and obviously DL will be at the top of the list everytime, especially after the 50th redo, but DLP is definitely an amazing park. *sigh* it's hard to believe after THAT park, Hong Kong got the smallest, blandest cookie cutter MK of all time. It's really sad. I actually had two chances to go back to DLP in the last two years but always find an excuse to go somewhere else lol. But reading your post, and my (sort of) new interest in WDS, I'm seriously thinking of trying to get there by the end of the year or early next year. Like everything though, yeah, cash ;).

I guess I have to look at pictures of the web to see how nice the 15th anniversary stuff is.

DLP is wonderful and has likely never looked so good other than in its first 36 months.

The new parade is terrfic too as are all the 15th decorations.

And DSP IS worth a visit ... albeit a short one.

Besides, Paris is just 40 minutes away!

    GO!

    :)
