And the Potter expansion is a done deal. Burke/Comcast want it to happen. And it's going to. And this isn't going to be a Potter type C-Ticket. This is going to be another large scale expensive draw. (to take everyone's mind of the biggest flop in UNI history -- as they quietly dismantle Rockit about the time Potter expansion starts!)
